- Translate client retail strategy, operating models, and business requirements into structured implementation roadmaps
- Directly manage Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists assigned to your engagements, including performance reviews and career coaching, while setting engagement ownership, reviewing work, and escalating risks when needed
- Serve as the primary escalation point for scope, risk, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and delivery quality across active client engagements
- Run stage-gate reviews, lead go-live readiness discussions, and own the hypercare sign-off recommendation
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-level retail stakeholders across solution design, rollout sequencing, change management, and adoption planning

- Lead client change management and end-user adoption planning, including micro and macro space planning onboarding, mass generation execution, and power-user training strategy
- Partner with the SVP of Implementation on capacity planning, resource allocation, delivery standards, and organization-level escalations
- Identify delivery risks early and communicate them clearly to clients, project management, and internal leadership before they become delivery issues
- Travel is required up to 50% of the time, based on client, project, and business needs

- Agile delivery experience or certification, such as Scrum Master, SAFe, Kanban, or PMI-ACP
- Experience with integration-heavy, data-driven SaaS platforms where automation, lifecycle management, and data readiness are critical to go-live success
