Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Remote Principal Technical Recruiter to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from any location within the US. You will be responsible for full-cycle technical recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, for a diverse range of clients across various industries. The Principal Technical Recruiter will play a key role in building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their talent needs, and developing effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, common technical roles, and effective recruitment methodologies. You will leverage various sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage passive and active candidates. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a strong understanding of compensation and market trends. Mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes will also be a part of your responsibilities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy environment. Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity). Extensive experience with various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, ATS systems). Strong understanding of technical job requirements and terminology. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers. Experience in coaching and mentoring other recruiters. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to high-quality outcomes.
