[Remote] Project Manager - Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Neteffects is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager specializing in IT Revenue Cycle. The role involves managing projects related to Cerner or Epic Revenue Cycle, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project alignment with goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues
• Forecast and track project financials
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and service partners

Skills

• Proven experience managing projects involving Cerner OR Epic Revenue Cycle
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle front-end and/or back-end processes
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Need to be PMP Certified
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT
• Hands-on experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle solutions
• Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• PMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred)
