Hyphen Connect is partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, and they are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the launch and token migration. This role requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
- Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space
- Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
