BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is seeking a Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership for a large portfolio of early education and childcare centers across multiple states. The role involves driving operational excellence, financial performance, and educational quality while leading large teams through growth and change.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational performance across a large multi-site childcare portfolio
- Develop and coach Director of Operations, Area Directors to drive accountability and high-quality center operations
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and operational standards across all locations
- Drive enrollment growth, family retention, employee engagement, and financial performance
- Support organizational growth through new center openings, acquisitions, and operational integration
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities
- Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to support performance goals
- Promote a culture focused on child safety, educational quality, operational consistency, and people-first leadership
Skills
- 10+ years of multi-site operational leadership experience
- Strong background in operational leadership, financial management, and team development
- 5+ years leading large regional operations preferred 100+ multiunit and multi-layered leadership teams preferred
- Experience in early childhood education, childcare, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or related multi-unit industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree and or equivalent years of experience preferred
