[Remote] Remote Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide timely and professional issue resolution
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Identify recurring concerns and escalate when necessary
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused customer experience
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Skills

• Must reside in the United States and have legal work authorization
• Windows computer or laptop (Mac devices not permitted)
• High-speed, stable internet connection (preferably wired)
• Ability to use multiple systems and browser tabs
• Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls
• Basic computer skills including email and web platforms
• USB or wired headset with microphone
• Webcam for training and meetings
• Previous remote work experience
• Backup internet or contingency plan
• Minimum 12 GB RAM (preferably 16 GB)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Office 365 (MS Teams)
• Strong English communication skills with clear speaking voice
• Comfortable learning and using new systems
• Reliable attendance and strong time management
• Positive attitude and professional customer approach
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience in medical, healthcare, or appointment-based environments is advantageous
