They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Support Specialist to provide critical support to the sales organization and leadership team, ensuring seamless order processing and accurate customer data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, sales orders, pricing, and data integrity across CRM and ERP platforms
- Process sales orders, customer approvals, order modifications, and shipping-related requests while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and operational data to support business decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Support sales leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, presentations, and special projects
- Coordinate logistics and preparation for trade shows, conferences, and sales events
- Monitor and maintain system access for users and ensure accurate information across company platforms
- Assist with lead distribution, customer inquiries, and internal communication to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Utilize Excel and reporting tools to analyze sales data and identify trends that support business objectives
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and sales support resources to enhance team productivity
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or Administrative Support experience
- Strong experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, and data analysis
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and operational issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Power BI and HubSpot experience are a plus
