Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apolis is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Mini Master Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Employee Mini Master and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will manage employee master data migration and support integration efforts while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Mini Master data and organizational structures
- Manage Personnel Area (PA), Personnel Subarea (PSA), Organizational Management (OM), and Position ID setup
- Support Workday to SAP Mini Master interface integration
- Lead employee master data conversion to SAP S/4HANA Business Partner (BP)
- Participate in ECC to SAP S/4HANA employee data migration projects
- Configure and validate global employee master data based on business requirements
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and production support
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
- Prepare functional documentation and support end-user training
Skills
- Strong experience with SAP HCM Mini Master
- Expertise in Personnel Area (PA), Personnel Subarea (PSA), Organizational Management (OM), and Position setup
- Experience integrating Workday with SAP HCM
- Hands-on experience converting employee data to SAP S/4HANA Business Partner (BP)
- Experience with ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration projects
- Knowledge of global employee master data and localization requirements
- Experience with SIT, UAT, production support, and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SAP payment processes, including F110
- Knowledge of ACH, Wire, Tax, and Check payments
- Familiarity with DMEE XML payment structures
- Experience working with US and global banking payment processes
