Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 3i Infotech Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join their team in supporting and implementing SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, and support deployment activities.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Service Management processes
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Service solutions
- Conduct workshops with business users to define future-state processes
- Configure service orders, service contracts, warranties, pricing, and billing processes
- Perform system configuration and functional testing
- Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements and integrations
- Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support
- Develop end-user documentation and deliver training sessions
- Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices
Skills
- 15+ years of SAP functional consulting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Service Management
- Experience with end-to-end Service Management business processes
- Expertise in: Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Quotations, Warranty Management, Installed Base, Equipment & Functional Locations, Service Confirmation, Resource Scheduling, Returns & Repairs
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Service Management
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA business processes and best practices
- Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Configuration, Testing, and User Training
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA Service with: SAP SD, SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP MM, SAP CS (ECC Service), SAP EWM, SAP Finance (FI/CO)
- Experience with SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is highly preferred
- Experience in migration from SAP ECC Customer Service (CS) to SAP S/4HANA Service
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
