This role focuses on building and supporting robust automated testing frameworks while integrating AI-assisted testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, scale, and maintain test automation frameworks utilizing Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance test coverage, optimize defect detection, and accelerate regression suites
- Build and execute automated tests across unit, functional, integration, UAT, and production deployment validation
- Operate seamlessly in a fast-paced Scrum environment, tracking defects and conducting deep-dive root cause analyses
Skills
- 6+ years of core software automation testing and framework implementation experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with TDD, ATDD, and BDD
- 3+ years utilizing Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, JUnit, and Jenkins pipelines
- 2+ years working within cross-functional Agile teams
- Proficiency in Java programming/scripting (2+ years)
- 1+ years using AI tools to develop, write, or optimize automated test cases
- Expertise with Postman, Rest Assured, REST/GraphQL, and contract testing (Swagger/Pact)
- Experience running and containerizing test workloads via Docker or Kubernetes
- Scripting and analysis experience using JMeter, Gatling, or K6
