The IT Risk Consulting Senior Consultant supports the execution of IT risk and SOX ITGC engagements, involving risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and client advisement.
Responsibilities
- Execute IT risk and SOX ITGC engagements
- Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps
- Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks
- Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals
- Prepare clear reports and present findings
- Stay current on IT risk and cybersecurity trends
- Mentor junior team members
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks, controls testing, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills
- Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC preferred or in process of obtaining
- 3+ years of IT risk, consulting, or related experience in a public accounting or consulting firm preferred
