In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and adoption of Veeva’s Commercial Content products, developing go-to-market strategies, driving product innovation, and managing strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sustain and grow Veeva’s PromoMats business in the US
- Own P&L customer segment in region including current customers and identifying and growing new customer base
- Provide strategic input, direction, and support to sales teams driving new opportunities for Commercial Content
- Work closely with head of product to drive roadmap features, and including new areas of product growth
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond
- Provide thought leadership by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring articles and blogs
- Build lasting relationships and help foster an energetic community of customers to develop evangelists within the industry and facilitate peer to peer collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to develop and support the execution of impactful marketing strategies
Skills
- 10+ years of experience working either directly in, or as a solution provider / consultant to the life sciences industry
- CEO mentality to drive outcomes internally and externally. Stays focused on results and drives execution among the team. Able to work with autonomy and adapt to change
- Ability to critically think and develop a strategy and execution plan across all areas of business (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Consulting, etc.)
- Must have strong understanding of Life Sciences industry
- Deep expertise in products related to marketing, marketing operations, and brand strategy and planning
- Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology with a proven track record of helping advise customers on adoption of new products
- Proven success in customer facing roles
- Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
