About the Role Our client, a premier Recruitment Consultancy specializing in healthcare staffing, is seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This position is critical for sourcing and placing high-caliber healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health specialists, to meet the evolving needs of healthcare facilities nationwide. As a remote professional, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare recruitment and your ability to build strong connections within the medical community, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. We are looking for a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare talent market and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of healthcare positions, from initial job order intake to successful candidate placement. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified physicians, nurses, therapists, and other allied health professionals. Conduct comprehensive screening interviews to assess clinical qualifications, experience, licensure, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and key stakeholders. Partner with client healthcare organizations to understand their unique staffing requirements and strategic goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and credentialing standards. Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate the offer and onboarding process. Utilize and optimize the firm's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Stay informed about current trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare industry and its talent market. Provide exceptional service and build trust with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong emphasis on physician, nursing, or allied health placements. Proven ability to source candidates effectively using diverse methods, including professional networks, databases, and industry-specific platforms. Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical roles, licensing requirements, and healthcare facility operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment technologies. Experience in the Richmond, Virginia, US healthcare market is beneficial but not required for this remote role. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
