Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dataprana is a digital infrastructure firm focused on developing data centers for AI and high-performance computing. They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and build the recruiting function from the ground up, partnering closely with leadership across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for all open and newly approved roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Prioritize roles in line with quarterly business goals; maintain a live, shared view of pipeline status across all active searches
- Source proactively using outbound methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, professional networks, sector-specific communities); do not rely on inbound applications as a primary channel
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer, including timely communication, interview scheduling, and feedback coordination
- Design and implement a standardized recruiting process: intake, job description creation, sourcing strategy, interview structure, scorecards, debrief protocol, offer workflow, and clear turnaround expectations with hiring managers
- Select and configure a candidate tracking system (ATS or interim solution) appropriate to the company's stage and budget
- Develop a standardized onboarding process (equipment, orientation, first-30-day plan); review and improve the existing onboarding currently in place
- Run structured intake meetings with hiring managers for each role; document success criteria and timelines
- Provide weekly pipeline updates to the VP of Operations and leadership; facilitate bi-weekly debrief sessions on active searches
- Advise leadership on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and realistic hiring timelines
- Within 30 days: every open priority role has an active sourcing strategy and a documented pipeline
- Weekly pipeline reports delivered to the management throughout
- At least one placement (offer accepted, candidate starts) completed during the first 90 days
- A standardized, documented recruiting process designed, approved by leadership, and in active use; ATS selected and configured; turnaround expectations with hiring managers agreed
Skills
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior and hard-to-fill roles
- Strong outbound sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, sourcing tools); proven ability to build pipeline without relying on inbound
- Experience standing up or significantly improving recruiting process and ATS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Comfortable operating as a sole/embedded recruiter with high autonomy and direct executive partnership
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management; able to advise on comp and market dynamics
- Experience recruiting in data center, AI/ML, energy, cloud/HPC, or technical/infrastructure sectors is a plus, not required
