They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives, ensuring project delivery aligns with business objectives and managing multiple projects across various workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resource planning
- Oversee ServiceNow platform initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow roadmaps, governance, and delivery standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and vendors
- Facilitate executive stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and status reporting
- Ensure successful project delivery through Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Drive platform adoption, process improvements, and continuous optimization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- 5+ years managing enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and enterprise stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or CIS certifications
- Experience with ITAM, SAM, SPM/PPM, HRSD, or SecOps
