Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. They are seeking a Sourcing Intern to research and identify social media influencers, evaluate their alignment with client campaigns, and assist in outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify social media influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our clients' brand values and campaigns
- Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and viral content to inform sourcing strategies
- Evaluate influencers based on engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content quality
- Maintain and update a database of influencers, ensuring detailed and organized records
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas
- Assist in outreach to influencers, including drafting initial communications and follow-ups
