Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across their direct-to-consumer platforms. This role will lead large-scale programs, translating strategy into execution and improving the delivery of high-impact digital experiences to sports fans.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across D2C engineering, product, and design
- Translate business and product strategy into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Establish program governance, reporting, and execution best practices
- Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision-making
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives in eCommerce or D2C environments
- Strong technical fluency (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Proven track record of managing complex dependencies across engineering teams
- Operate effectively in an AI-forward environment, leveraging modern AI tools and technologies as a core part of daily workflows and decision-making
