They are seeking a Stormwater Assessment Roll Data Analyst for the City of Tampa to manage annual Stormwater Utility Data and Assessment Roll Production, including various data analysis and compliance support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Property Appraiser data, parcel IDs, folio/account changes, new and dropped parcels, DOR code changes, owner and mailing address updates, ESU changes, mitigation credits, and annual assessment roll data quality
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness
