Sinch is pioneering the way the world communicates and is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Marketing and Enablement to lead their marketing strategies. This role involves shaping and executing marketing strategies to promote Sinch's cloud communications solutions and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Translate the overall product strategy and roadmap into a clear value proposition, articulating the unique benefits and advantages of Sinch's solutions by both product area and customer segment
- Work closely with product management to align marketing strategies with the evolving product landscape, ensuring a cohesive narrative that resonates with target audiences
- Lead the global revenue enablement strategy, ensuring all customer-facing teams (sales, customer success, and partners) are equipped with the messaging, content, tools, and training needed to accelerate revenue growth
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to different GTM roles and market segments
- Partner cross-functionally with sales leadership and operations to define metrics for enablement success, tracking improvements in sales velocity, win rates, time-to-productivity, and overall GTM effectiveness
- Drive the development and communication of compelling, customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies tailored to the unique needs of our diverse routes to market, be it direct to enterprise, self-serve, or through partners
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex product features across both network, API, application and solutions into clear, customer-centric benefits for each segment
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring consistency across communication channels and addressing the specific requirements of our diverse routes to market, be it direct to enterprise, self-serve, or through partners
- Work closely with sales teams to enable their success through impactful sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to each segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that span diverse communication channels, ensuring they resonate with target audiences across various touchpoints and segments
- Infuse a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences into marketing materials, enhancing resonance across different communication channels and segments
- Embrace an AI-first mindset to figure out how we can scale our product marketing efforts more effectively, both internally and externally. We are looking for a leader with proven plays and a willingness to test and learn
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes across all CPaaS segments
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly, taking into account the nuances of each customer segment
- Together with our product development organization ensure the voice of our customers is front and center of Sinch's product and GTM strategy
- Work closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies, and revenue goals, with a specific focus on the unique requirements of our customers
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence for each segment, all with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Interact with industry analysts from organizations such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and others, building relationships and ensuring Sinch is positively positioned within industry reports and evaluations
- Represent Sinch at leading industry events, conferences, and tradeshows showcasing, our products, thought leadership, and engaging with key stakeholders in the industry
Skills
- 15+ years of proven experience in product marketing leadership roles within the technology or SaaS industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex, technical products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to a customer-centric approach
- A change agent with a deep sense of curiosity, a growth mindset, and a passion for experimentation
- Experience partnering with product and GTM teams
- Capable of making decisive choices, even with incomplete data, to help drive growth
- MBA is a plus
- Proximity to our key hubs in San Antonio/Austin, Chicago, or Atlanta is a major plus
