- Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or related fields
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
