What You’ll Do
As an ERO Partner, you will:
• Prepare individual tax returns for clients
• Review client documents and enter accurate tax information
• Provide professional client service throughout tax season
• Build and maintain your personal client base
• Recruit and develop a team of tax preparers
• Support preparers with business operations and growth
• Maintain compliance with IRS requirements and company standards
• Learn strategies to scale your tax preparation business

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous tax preparation experience preferred
• Active PTIN preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Customer service experience
• Sales, recruiting, management, or business experience is a plus
