The role involves serving as the technical point of contact and collaborating with the Sales team to drive excellence throughout the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers and partners throughout pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities
- Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify opportunities, present solutions, gather requirements, and design architectures for quotations
- Serve as a technical focal point, managing communications with customers and partners
Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Presales position
- Strong expertise in Network Security
