Precision Sales Recruiting is placing a Technical Sales Engineer on behalf of a publicly traded electronics contract manufacturer with a brand-new U.S. manufacturing facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role focuses on engaging target accounts and securing initial meetings to drive the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- You will be identifying and engaging target accounts across the U.S., getting in front of engineering and procurement contacts, and securing those first meetings that open the door to a full sales cycle
- Your job is to build pipeline and keep it moving
Skills
- Background selling into manufacturing, electronics, industrial, or technology companies
- Experience engaging both engineering contacts and procurement/supply chain buyers
- Comfortable with a long consultative sales cycle and multi-stakeholder deals
- A strong prospector who can generate meetings through cold outreach
- Familiarity with EMS, SMT, PCBA, OEM, or ODM manufacturing is a plus, not a requirement
- DFW area preferred for hybrid access to the Plano facility; remote candidates in Seattle, Boston, and North Carolina will also be considered
