Sika is a worldwide innovation and sustainability leader in the development and production of systems and products for commercial and residential construction. The Territory Sales Manager will proactively prospect long-term, profitable relationships and manage sales objectives at the territory level.
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement the Colorbiotics Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs
- Conduct a Customer Needs Assessment and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
- Responsible for collecting AR and managing territory P&L Budget
- Conduct Yearly Reviews with customers to anticipate needs
- Maintain and grow the customer base
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Studies, Marketing, or other relevant business degree
- At least 5 years business or business outside sales experience
- Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, internet application) etc
- Consultative selling skills
- Strategic business planning
