Key Responsibilities

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entries, performing routine audits to ensure information integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Generate, compile, and distribute detailed reports related to client bookings, customer interactions, travel trends, and operational statistics.
- Organize digital records and ensure all documentation is properly archived and easily retrievable for team members and management.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in records, working proactively to resolve data inconsistencies before they affect client experiences.
Travel Booking and Itinerary Planning
- Assist clients in researching, planning, and booking comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, car rentals, cruises, tours, and on-the-ground activities.
- Provide expert, personalized recommendations on destinations, travel packages, seasonal offerings, and value-added travel services tailored to each client's preferences and budget.
- Manage and update booking information in real time, ensuring all reservations align accurately with client specifications, preferences, and special requests.
- Coordinate complex multi-leg travel arrangements, including international itineraries, group bookings, and corporate travel plans.

Customer Service and Client Relations
