Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Virginia residents seeking assistance with Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF programs. You will help callers understand eligibility requirements, navigate the application process, and resolve concerns related to their benefits. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Policy Integration: Continuously acquire new knowledge of federal and state policies, procedures, and guidelines concerning Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and related social services programs. Integrate this knowledge with existing resource materials to provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all customer interactions. Document call details, case notes, and outcomes in the appropriate systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Residency: Must be a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is a fully remote position, and applicants must reside in Virginia at the time of application and throughout employment.
