Job Description
XYZ Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for data entry tasks and will be working fully remote. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, can work independently, and has a knack for accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry tasks
- Manage and organize digital files
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Perform market research as needed
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers calendars
