As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as a vital link between injured workers (claimants), pharmacies, insurance adjusters, and our internal clinical and operations teams. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every claimant receives their prescribed medications in a timely, accurate, and compassionate manner, while navigating the often complex landscape of workers' compensation benefits. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, manage sensitive claimant and client information across multiple software platforms, and provide world-class service that reflects careerzynith's longstanding reputation for excellence.
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while remaining closely connected to your team through phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools. The role reports to a designated pharmacy supervisor and works on an alternating weekend schedule, typically covering Saturday and Sunday shifts plus two additional weekdays, totaling 40 hours per week.
