Position Summary

- Information Collection and Liaison: Liaise with and follow up with employees within arenaflex as well as customers to collect necessary information, ensuring all relevant data is gathered promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry and Management: Capture and enter data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining consistency and completeness across all records.
- Quality Control: Identify and correct errors in data entry, and promptly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary to prevent future issues.
- Document Processing: Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients, reviewing all materials to extract pertinent information.
- Information Analysis: Scan through information to identify pertinent data points, organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Spreadsheet Management: Create accurate and well-organized spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, ensuring proper formatting, formulas, and data validation.
- Database Maintenance: Enter and update information into relevant databases, ensuring all records reflect the most current and accurate information available.
- Data Backup and Security: Ensure data is backed up regularly, following established protocols to prevent data loss and maintain business continuity.
- Error Reporting: Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered during data entry, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations for resolution.

Essential Qualifications
