[Remote] Workday Consultant PATT - Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (JR1065)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avaap is seeking a Workday Senior Consultant, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking to join a fast-paced implementation team. This role will support client alignment, configuration execution, testing, and deployment readiness while helping clients adopt a proven baseline approach.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation delivery in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking
• Guide clients through validation and scope alignment activities
• Contribute to configuration, testing, and deployment tasks
• Apply functional knowledge within a repeatable baseline implementation model
• Work closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners
• Help drive a consistent and positive client implementation experience

Skills

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
• Workday Certification in one of the following required: Payroll preferred, Absence, &/or Time Tracking
• Experience supporting Workday implementations in one or more of these areas
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured consulting environment
• Interest in growing further within Workday delivery
