Reservation Sales Agent, Buffalo Reservation Center, Remote

Overview:

Delaware North is hiring full-time Reservation Agents to join our Reservation Center team. As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls from future guests who want to make reservations at hotels and resorts across the country. This is a full-time remote position. However, some in-person training will be required at our headquarters in Buffalo, New York.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service 
• Use all available resources to answer questions 
• Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional services
• Communicate with the hotel and resort's front desk staff
• Collaborate with managers to assist customers and reach sales goals

Qualifications:

• Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Customer-focused with a love for helping others
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Comfortable using computers with strong typing skills and the ability to multitask
• Able to use call center software and tools 
• No experience or diploma required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
