Kind Lending is seeking a visionary Retail Divisional Leader (East and West Division Positions available) to lead and scale our Retail Channel. This executive leader will have full accountability for the division’s strategy, financial performance, sales growth, and operational execution. The Retail Divisional Leader will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across Kind Lending’s retail platform.

 

This role requires a proven mortgage executive with deep experience leading large-scale retail sales organizations, managing complex financial performance structures, and building high-performing leadership teams.

Pay Disclosure

Compensation includes a competitive base salary starting at $140,000 plus performance-based incentives, overrides, and long-term growth opportunities. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, scope, market conditions, and business needs. Compensation ranges are subject to change.
