About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist II to join our growing Call Center team in Costa Rica. Key Responsibilities:

- Process dispute requests, obtaining proof to validate customer concerns and resolving issues through direct contact with financial institutions.
- Maintain the integrity of our database by ensuring data quality and accuracy, adhering to guidelines established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and relevant state and country credit regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and arenaflex's standard operational procedures, participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and expertise.
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of inbound call handling experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced environment, with an occupancy rate of 85-90%.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in PC and internet skills, with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions.
- Short-term visual memory and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
