Your Mission: Drive and Scale Our Revenue Engine

Our Energy AI platform provides a standardized way to cut costs and emissions simultaneously. But our AI alone isn't the whole story. To win, we need a commercial powerhouse to bring our solution to the market.

That's why we need YOU. As the key Sales Account Executive on our growing team, your mission is to drive our expansion and help scale our revenue engine. You will play a crucial role in the entire sales motion, from executing on strategy to closing the deals that will define our next phase of growth. This is a role for someone who wants to have a major impact and help refine the script for success.

Everyone loves a straightforward and quick process. That's why we've broken our approach into three steps, each allowing you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

This is what the individual steps look like:

  1. Initial chat: to get to know each other, understand the current situation, and your expectations- with one of our Founders (30 min)
  2. Take home challenge + technical interview: to test your abilities and learn more about your skills - with Joshua (120 minutes)
  3. Personal meeting: to find out if we click together, whether it’s during lunch or a remote call with all the founders - Elias, Joshua, and Philipp (approx. 45 min)
