As we continue to grow, we are looking for a <strong>Sales Appointment Coordinator</strong> who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building.</div><div><br></div><div><strong><em>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships.</em></strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul> <li> <strong>Proactively contact leads</strong> via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments</li> <li> <strong>Conduct outbound outreach</strong> to local businesses, schools, and community organizations</li> <li> <strong>Respond quickly</strong> to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns</li> <li> <strong>Follow up with prospects consistently</strong> to keep appointments scheduled and attended</li> <li> <strong>Build rapport </strong>with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals</li> <li> <strong>Schedule and coordinate</strong> in-person sales consultations with the coaching team</li> <li> <strong>Track activity and follow-ups accurately</strong> in the CRM</li> <li> <strong>Represent D1 Training professionally</strong> within the local community<br><br> </li> </ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments</li> <li>Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through</li> <li>Positive attitude and coachable mindset</li> <li>Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance</li> <li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment<br><br> </li> </ul><div><strong>This Role Is a Good Fit If You</strong></div><ul> <li>Enjoy setting appointments and opening doors for in-person conversations</li> <li>Are comfortable speaking with new people every day</li> <li>Like structured goals and performance-based incentives</li> <li>Want growth opportunities within a fitness and training organization<br><br> </li> </ul><div><strong>This Role Is Not a Fit If You</strong></div><ul> <li>Dislike outbound calling or consistent follow-up</li> <li>Prefer purely inbound or administrative work</li> <li>Are uncomfortable talking with prospects who may need multiple touchpoints<br><br> </li> </ul><div> <strong>D1 Training</strong> is one of the fastest-growing athletic training brands in the country, built on a proven model and strong national momentum.
