The Sales Associate II reports to the sales team lead or designee (RSD/RSM or others) and serves as an advanced clinical and technical partner within a defined territory. This role provides expert-level support to surgeons and sales teams in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, with increased ownership of key accounts, case planning, and mentoring responsibilities. The Sales Associate II helps drive surgeon satisfaction and territory growth by delivering superior case coverage, proactive account support, and peer coaching. This position progresses from Sales Associate I and prepares individuals for senior-level clinical or leadership roles.
