Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients, including real estate brokers, agents, and developers, to understand their business needs and challenges. Conduct compelling product demonstrations, both remotely and in-person, showcasing the value proposition of our real estate technology solutions. Educate clients on the platform's capabilities, including lead management, CRM features, marketing automation, and transaction management. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and contribute to lead generation strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our client's solutions. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights. Requirements Proven experience in sales or consulting, preferably within the real estate, proptech, or SaaS industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong understanding of the real estate market and the challenges faced by professionals in the field. Ability to articulate technical features and translate them into tangible business benefits. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
