The Sales Coordinator will support the sales organization by maintaining CRM hygiene, coordinating pipeline activity, supporting sales execution workflows, and assisting with customer-facing scheduling and administrative tasks. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) including leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages
Support sales team with scheduling meetings, demos, and customer follow-ups
Assist with pipeline reporting and basic sales activity tracking
Ensure CRM data integrity and hygiene across all active deals
Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, and account teams
Support proposal tracking, documentation, and sales enablement materials
Manage inbound lead routing and assignment
Provide administrative support to sales leadership as needed
Required Experience
1–3 years in sales support, sales coordination, operations, or administrative roles
Strong proficiency in HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM systems
Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or technology environments preferred
Bilingual capability required (English + Spanish for Mexico-based role)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first environment
