Sales Director, Industrial Biosolutions Europe

As Sales Director for Industrial Biosolutions in Europe, you will lead the commercial agenda for a business at the forefront of the green transition. Industrial Biosolutions are a key enabler of Europe’s sustainability journey and unlocking their full potential requires strong commercial leadership.
 

In this role, you will set the commercial direction, drive sustainable growth, and build long-term partnerships with customers across Europe, while continuously evolving our go-to-market approach.

You will lead a commercial organization of approximately 20 employees across Europe, including two Sales Managers and work closely with Technical Service, Marketing, Supply Chain and senior regional leadership. Together you will ensure that strategy is effectively translated into consistent, high-quality commercial outcomes and tangible business impact.
 

The Role & Your Impact

This role combines strategy, execution, and transformation. You will own the commercial agenda for Industrial Biosolutions in Europe - shaping both immediate results and long-term direction.

This role comes with a clear mandate to build capabilities, develop leaders, and drive long-term commercial value - both for the business and for the customers and industries we serve.

Travel requirements: Travel within the region is expected (approximately 30%)
