About the Role
As a Senior Business Sales Manager, you will spearhead business growth in the U.S. by acquiring and leading software development projects across iOS, Android, Web, and Cloud platforms. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role where your network, industry expertise, and consultative approach will directly shape our success.
You’ll represent a unique value proposition: world-class UI/UX design combined with advanced engineering, delivering meaningful, user-centric digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Drive New Business: Leverage your network to engage C-level executives and product leaders seeking software development or SI partners
• Consult & Advise: Understand client challenges and propose tailored, design-led technology solutions
• Lead Deals End-to-End: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while coordinating with global teams
• Expand Market Presence: Strengthen our brand across the Silicon Valley ecosystem, tech events, and partnerships (e.g., Apple, AWS)
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of success in enterprise software sales, SI, or outsourcing (multi-million USD deals)
• Strong executive network with decision-makers in IT budgeting and vendor selection
• Technical fluency across modern stacks (Mobile, Web, Cloud) with the ability to translate tech into business value
• Language: Native-level English required; Japanese is a strong plus
Compensation
• Base Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 up to negotiable
• + Performance-Based Commission
• Final package depends on experience, track record, and network strength
