<strong>Responsibilities:<br>Sales and Lead Development (40% of time allocation):<br></strong>● Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the hydraulics, fluid power systems, and forging industries.</div><div>● Actively pursue leads through industry networking, trade shows, cold calls, and referrals.</div><div>● Research market trends and customer needs to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.</div><div>● Work collaboratively with the sales team in Germany to develop and execute strategies for closing sales.<br><br>

<strong>Customer Relationship Management (30% of time allocation):<br></strong>● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.</div><div>● Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products, provide demonstrations, and close deals.</div><div>● Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service and acting as a trusted advisor for customers.<br><br>

<strong>Collaboration with German Sales Team (15% of time allocation):<br></strong>● Coordinate closely with the German sales team to align sales efforts, share market intelligence, and track progress on shared goals.</div><div>● Provide regular updates on regional market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive activity.</div><div>● Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with the international sales team to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment.<br><br>

<strong>Administrative and Reporting (15% of time allocation):<br></strong>● Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.</div><div>● Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and forecasting.</div><div>● Assist in the development of sales proposals and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.<br><br>

<strong><br>Requirements:<br></strong>● <strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5 years in outside sales, preferably in hydraulics, fluid power systems, or forging industries.</div><div>● <strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of industrial equipment, hydraulics, and forging industry applications.</div><div>● <strong>Language Skills:</strong> Fluency in English is required; familiarity with German is a plus.</div><div>● <strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical product specifications.</div><div>● <strong>Travel:</strong> Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally.</div><div>● <strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and international teams.</div><div>● <strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.</div><div>● <strong>Other Skills:</strong> Self-motivated, results-driven, and skilled at working independently to meet sales targets.<br><br>
