Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Switzerland (100% Remote)

Your Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and support new customers while expanding existing business relationships in the areas of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and electromechanical parts
• Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to identify new business opportunities and expand our network
• Develop customer-specific sales solutions together with our international team of technical experts
• Identify market trends and drive the expansion of our market position in Switzerland
• Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue goals within your region
• Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data

• Solid experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of electronic components, printed circuit boards, or electromechanics
• Strong technical understanding and interest in innovative solutions within Energy Storage / BESS
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and persuasiveness in dealing with customers
• Independent and structured way of working with entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
• Residence in Switzerland

Deine Aufgaben: 

• Aktive Akquise und Betreuung von Neukunden sowie Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich elektronische Bauteile, Leiterplatten und elektromechanische Komponenten
• Teilnahme an Messen, Konferenzen und Fachveranstaltungen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren und unser Netzwerk zu erweitern
• Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Vertriebslösungen gemeinsam mit unseren internationalen technischen Experten
• Erkennen von Markttrends und Ausbau unserer Marktposition in der Schweiz
• Verantwortung für die Umsatz- und Zielerreichung in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet
• Verantwortliche Nutzung und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems (Salesforce) zur Sicherstellung aktueller Kundendaten 

• Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld von elektronischen Komponenten, Leiterplatten oder Elektromechanik
• Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen im Bereich Energy Storage / BESS
• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Überzeugungskraft im Umgang mit Kunden
• Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Wohnsitz in der Schweiz
