Job Title: Salesforce Lead/ Solution Architect - FSC SME Location: Remote (NYC preferred) Duration: 3 months with possible extensions (Contract to hire) Job Description: Financial Services Cloud (FSC) SME Banking Role Overview • We are looking for a Financial Services Cloud (FSC) SME with strong client-facing, requirements leadership, and delivery management capabilities to drive end-to-end Salesforce transformations in the banking and financial services domain. This role blends: • Deep banking domain expertise • Strong Salesforce FSC solutioning • Ability to independently drive requirements and client priorities • Experience leading global (onshore offshore) delivery teams Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Advisory • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders • Lead discovery workshops, design sessions, and roadmap discussions • Translate business goals into platform-aligned transformation strategies • Help define and prioritize client initiatives, KPIs, and success metrics Requirements & Solution Leadership • Independently drive end-to-end requirement gathering (business, functional, process) • Define to-be operating models and customer journeys across banking domains • Design scalable solutions leveraging: • Financial Services Cloud • Service Cloud • Salesforce Data Cloud • Ensure alignment across process, data model, integrations, and user experience Banking Domain Expertise Apply strong knowledge of: • Retail & commercial banking • Wealth management & client servicing • Lending lifecycle (origination to servicing) • KYC, onboarding, and compliance workflows • Leverage FSC capabilities for: • Customer 360 & householding • Relationship management • Financial accounts & interactions • Regulatory and servicing processes Delivery Leadership (Onsite Offshore Model) • Lead distributed teams (onshore + offshore pods) across design and delivery • Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution governance • Ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes, timelines, and quality standards • Mentor and guide architects, developers, and analysts Stakeholder & Program Governance • Engage with senior client stakeholders to align priorities and trade-offs • Provide program-level oversight, risk management, and escalation handling • Track and communicate value realization and ROI Transformation & Innovation • Drive adoption of AI/Agentforce-led service models • Identify opportunities for automation, productivity gains, and CX improvement • Contribute to building reusable assets, accelerators, and industry solutions Required Qualifications • 10 15+ years of experience in Salesforce and digital transformation programs • 5+ years of hands-on experience with: • Financial Services Cloud • Strong experience in banking / financial services domain • Proven ability to: • Lead client workshops independently • Drive requirements end-to-end without supervision • Manage global delivery teams Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (FSC, Service Cloud Consultant) • Experience with API-led integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) • Exposure to AI/Agentforce use cases (KYC, underwriting, collections, servicing) • Experience in large-scale transformation programs ($5M+ deals) Key Skills • Client-facing communication & executive presence • Requirements elicitation & process design • Banking domain expertise • Salesforce FSC solutioning • Agile delivery leadership • Stakeholder management & prioritization Success Profile (What Good Looks Like) • Independently leads discovery solution delivery alignment • Converts ambiguity into structured requirements and roadmap • Aligns business priorities with Salesforce platform capabilities • Drives offshore teams with clarity, accountability, and outcomes • Acts as the bridge between business, technology, and delivery One-Line Pitch (for hiring / slide) • A client-facing Financial S Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
