ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Readinesso Stakeholder and impact assessments across SAP workstreams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Produce)o Change strategy, communications, and role-based training for end users, super users, and leaderso Adoption KPIs (utilization, proficiency), readiness dashboards, resistance management, sponsor engagemento Cutover/Hypercare enablement, reinforcement plans, and continuous improvement loopsStakeholder Engagement
