Job Brief We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our customers. This is a permanent role which is fully remote, and the consultant will work from home with occasional travel. Duties and Responsibilities - Design, implement and support solutions for complex business processes - Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs - Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document. - Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes - Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes - Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts. - Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation - Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process - Train end-users on specific processes and applications - Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests - Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules - Transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support - Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features - Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise Requirements - Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate - A relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT - Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules:- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core - SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - SAP SuccessFactors Time off - SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals - SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation - SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring - SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics - SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting - 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience - 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role - Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner - Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective - Ability to elicit and document business requirements - Ability to communicate with team members and customers clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written - Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously - Ability to work both independently and within a team environment - Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment - Must be a South African citizen If you are interested in this position, please apply online and submit your updated CV and expected annual cost to company.
