They are seeking a dependable Inside Sales Setter to assess pest control needs of prospective customers and transfer them to the sales team, ensuring effective communication and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team
- Make a great first impression when speaking with leads
- Correctly qualify leads for Aptive's service
- Input data into the leads contact record without errors
- Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way
- Inbound Setters: Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you. An answer rate of 98%+ is to be expected
- Outbound Setters: Make outbound calls in a high-volume environment
Skills
- High school graduate or GED
- Sales, call center, and pest control experience
- Ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Aptive's service
- Ability to answer questions and resolve concerns
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Must provide a quiet, distraction-free work space
- Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
- Jitter below 20 milliseconds
- Full attention to job duties during working hours
- Experience in door-to-door setting, especially in pest control
