arenaflex is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems to join our Supply Chain Operations team at our Somerset, USA facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and transformation of our Distribution Center Management Systems. You'll serve as the vital local liaison between our Centralized Computer and Application Development departments, working closely with Business/Telecom divisions and the Technology Office to coordinate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure solutions that support our distribution center operations.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse management systems and related IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- System Management & Support: Oversee the maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement of the Distribution Center Management System (DCMS). Ensure system reliability, performance, and availability for all end users across the distribution network.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary local contact between Centralized Computer and Application Development departments. Facilitate effective communication between the Warehouse Operations team, WMS vendors, and the MIS Division to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Infrastructure Coordination: Work closely with Business and Telecom divisions as well as the Technology Office to coordinate, analyze, and present physical infrastructure solutions that support distribution center operations. Ensure all infrastructure components are properly configured and integrated.
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) vendors regarding data handling requirements, system integrations, and equipment specifications.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with all smart devices including Sortation Control Systems, Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and printers. Manage peripheral connections with the WMS to ensure seamless operations.
- Data Management: Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. Maintain rigorous data integrity standards and implement best practices for data protection.
- System Monitoring & Performance: Monitor the performance of system applications to ensure they are ready and available to all end users. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- User Access & Security: Manage and monitor end-user access and rights within the WMS. Report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis regarding access controls, security protocols, and compliance status.
- Inventory Control: Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies including forms, strips, and other consumables. Report usage metrics to the MIS Division for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop reporting tools and dashboards to provide clients and stakeholders with better visibility into WMS operations and Key Performance Indicators. Utilize tools such as Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio to create meaningful business intelligence.
- System Upgrades: Plan and execute all future software releases, including testing, deployment, and user training. Ensure smooth transitions with minimal operational disruption.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor non-exempt staff within the department. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- WMS Administration: Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security configurations, system parameters, and business rules.
- LAN Support: Support Local Area Network (LAN) design and infrastructure within the distribution center environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
- Technical Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of IT experience including proficiency in Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and Oracle environments.
- Operational Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a distribution or fulfillment center environment. Experience in a delivery environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word. Advanced data analysis and manipulation skills are essential.
- Location Requirement: Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Somerset, USA area. This is NOT a remote position—candidates must be able to work on-site at our facility.
Preferred Qualifications
While not strictly required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Project Management: Previous project management experience or relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
- Advanced Education: Bachelor's degree with a focus on IT or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and supply chain best practices.

Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes your skills, experience, and contributions:
