Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and synthesis of consistent product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that provide opportunities to elevate the client experience
- Influence client data, conversational analytics, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term development with long-term investments
- Work closely with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and develop comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any requirements for additional research
- Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the experience
- Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear, data-informed product recommendations
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing client stories to meet the needs of the end-user while focusing on business value
- Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall client experience
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or technology industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
