Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming clinical and operational data into meaningful insights that directly support patient care, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. You will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality reporting solutions that help leaders understand performance, identify trends, and drive improvement.

This role offers hands on involvement with Epic’s reporting ecosystem, leveraging tools such as SlicerDicer, Reporting Workbench, and Radar Dashboards alongside Microsoft tools like Power BI to deliver actionable, reliable, and well-governed analytics. You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and analytics, helping ensure that data is accurate, trusted, and accessible to those making critical decisions every day.
