The Senior Business Intelligence Consultant must have a demonstrated track record of manipulating and analyzing data as well as being able to understand, visualize and discuss marketing implications. Your Impact:
- Perform data engineering on large datasets using advanced SQL
- Design, develop, and produce output reports based on project requirements
- Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that leverage large amounts of data for developing business insights
- Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights to inform strategies
- Present insights and strategies to stakeholders
- Define reporting, modeling, and analysis requirements in collaboration with stakeholder groups
- Work collaboratively with different stakeholder groups to develop new products and features for THD’s Analytic offerings
- Performs other duties as required.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree
- 5+ years’ experience in non-profit direct marketing, including an understanding of the data, reporting, and fundraising metrics used by non-profit organizations to drive program performance
- Experience using donor relationship management systems (i.e. Salesforce, ROI, Blackbaud) or the data outputs from these systems
- Project management
- Knowledge of digital marketing programs and technologies
- Experience with data visualization platforms
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Proven ability to manipulate and analyze data from large databases using advanced SQL
- Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to analyze data, understand implications, and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to convey complex requirements and analytic processes to marketing staff
- Experience as a people manager
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment, coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Superior attention to detail and quality control skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
